Solution Recruiting Network’s Founder, Tracey Andrews, is a passionate Global Leader with a  passion for helping women understand the recruiting and hiring process, positioning them for success in career searches and supporting their ongoing career development. 

A mother of two and devoted wife, Tracey found herself in Minneapolis against all odds in 2017 when an opportunity to head up a global recruiting function for a publicly held company arose. Prior to moving to Minneapolis, Tracey was a long time resident of Raleigh, NC – where she mentored women in a wide variety of industries and career paths from Scientists to Physician Assistants. 

Tracey’s passion for helping women succeed in their chosen careers has become a pull in her personal life, and she is exited to expand her opportunity to mentor women across the world!
