Pricing is simple with SRN. We charge a fixed 15% fee, based on the midpoint of the salary range. From there, our sole focus is finding you the best talent possible.
Once we complete the search, we provide our clients with the talent pool generated from the work, reduced pricing on secondary hires from formally presented candidates and a candidate feedback report.
